FRI, 11/22

8:00 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

  • HOLIDAY IMPROV: THANKSGIVING EDITION
Nothing says “gratitude” like performing improv comedy. At this show, the scenes will be inspired by sharing what we are thankful for this year. There could be sentimental confessions, awkward silences, and maybe, if lucky, even some comedy. Bring your thanks (or don’t) as we lead this introspective comedic journey.

  • JUST US: We’re Black. We’re Women. We’re funny. So if you don’t laugh and support us, then you hate Black Women. CAST: Cicley Alexander, Contessa Ola, Jessica Jenkins, Mara McGhee, Marie Denny, Tandiwe Kone & Toria Jones

  • THE ADVENTURES OF LENNY & AL: The longest-running serialized live action series in all of Southeast American staged comedy continues. Follow our heroes in season 12 as they learn about love, life, and the secret of Lenny's extraterrestrial origins. CAST: Brian Jones, Chuck Stanfield

9:30 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

IMPROV RUMBLE - ROUND 2:
BUCKSHOT vs. AMIGO IN-LAWS vs. CALLING IN DEAD

L-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-let's get ready to rumble! We have ourselves a good old-fashioned improv scrap. Three troupes enter, and 3 troupes leave because we're all humane here. But one of those troupes will be victorious, as voted on by you, the audience, and return in glory to defend their championship at the next Improv Rumble show. Produced by Nick Brownrigg & Jessica Brown

  • Buckshot: Follow five improvisers as they make up one helluva story from the top of their tiny, little heads. BANG!! Woah, what was that? That's Buckshot. CAST: Jessica Thompson Falla, Keith Huang, Monica Marcha, John Mayo & Antoine W.B.

  • Amigo In-Laws: We are friends in improv matrimony. They say you can’t choose your in-laws, well we just did. A raucous ball and chain certain to raise eyebrows and force the repeated striking of palms until death do us part or the lights go down. CAST: Aiden Garcia, Dru Sanders, Dylan Pierce

  • Calling In Dead: Some days you’d rather die than show up to work. That’s when you need someone able and willing to impersonate your bereaved relative. That’s where Colton, Karina, Aubrey, and Jane have your back. That’s Calling in Dead. Also, we do comedy. CAST: Karina Brisack, Colton Grissett, Aubrey Holcomb, Jane Reynold

SAT, 11/23

6:00 PM - improv

The Ascension: THE (IMPROVISED) DATING GAME WITH DAKOTAH & BRITTANY and Me Bamp

THE (IMPROVISED) DATING GAME WITH DAKOTAH & BRITTANY - The (Improvised) Dating game is just like the classic 1970s TV show in that there may be a winner, but let’s face it, we’re all losers. Join Brittany & Dakotah, the hosts of this wacky gameshow comedy show in which improvisers are “suitors,” and an unlucky bachelor/bachelorette has to choose from a less-than-desirable selection. It’s kind of like online dating, if you think about it. CAST: Brittany Kraft, Dakotah Wens, and special guests

ME BAMP - Volley by day, improv by night. These star servers will make you laugh, cry, and just when you think you've seen it all... BAMP! CAST: John Mayo, Keith Huang, Amechi Ngwe, Jessica Thompson Falla, Colton Grisset, Roger Anderson, Calan Lambert, Laura Helmers, Brittany Kraft, Steph Suarez, Tony Griffin, Rachel Spector

8:00 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

  • HOT GOSS: These silly ladies love Hot Goss and can't wait for you to dish! Share your fun secrets with them and then watch hilarity ensure! CAST: Rachel Spector, Tandiwe Kone, Laura Helmers, Jessica Thompson Falla

  • CAR NAPS: Much like your experience of napping in your car, a Car Naps performance is energizing, only lasts about 20-25 minutes, and tends to be the best part of your day. CAST: Stephanie Suarez, Tony Griffin, Ruth Hirsch, Brian Metz, Rachel Spector

  • FRACTURED HUMOROUS: What do you get when you put a musically-inclined nurse and massage therapist on stage? A healthy dose of parody with an injection of satire sure to cause acute spasms of laughter. CAST: Lisa Hitchcock-Weber and Bradley Winkler

9:30 PM - improvised mystery

UNUSUAL SUSPECTS

Whodunit?! Join our detectives as they interrogate a rogue's gallery of characters and solve the crime of the century (or at least the crime of the night). CAST: Jack Keller, Hudson Rains, Trent Johnson, Aiden Garcia, and Jessica Thompson Falla

8:00 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

  • Holiday Improv: Black Friday Edition
Don't miss these AMAZING Black Friday bargains! No, we don't have any doorbuster deals (seriously, please don't bust the door.) What we do have to offer is some hilarious comedy scenes. We'll be diving into the bizarre battleground of Black Friday ads, where everything you don’t need is “marked down” just enough to start a riot. We'll find laughs in retail desperation, advertising absurdities, and your consumer guilt. Brace yourself for comedy deals that were the same price weeks ago.

Only YOU, the audience, and our three judges judiciously judging jokes and japes can determine which teams are culled - and which will avoid the Cutting Room Floor!

8:00 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

  • HOLIDAY IMPROV: HOT CHOCOLATE EDITION
Nothing like a steaming mug of hot chocolate to remind us how manipulated we are by refined sugar. Watch our performers as they taste-test various brands of hot chocolate, suffering scalding and sugar crashes, all for the sake of comedy. It’s a toasty trip-down flavor fatigue that will be way more fun to watch than to actually do.

  • OPHELIA'S ROPE: Ophelia’s Rope is a two-person long form improv group that takes its inspiration from you. That’s right, you. A typical show is kicked off by Ophelia’s Rope asking its audience one or two random questions, proceeding to morph the answers into a setting, plot, and duo of unexpected, and sometimes quirky, characters. With no story predicted, no ending forecasted, Ophelia’s Rope wanders the worlds of imagination, coloring surprising scenes their audiences inspired. CAST: Autumn Clack, Ruth McCleskey

  • APOCALIPSTICK: Imagine, in a cinematic world, buried amongst the apocalyptic rubble of an improv graduation, a new group emerges... • SUPER TROUPERS: Lieutenant Ronnie, Brad, Alejandro, and Ahmed delight in playing practical jokes on unsuspecting motorists and each other, rather than enforcing the law. CAST: Ronnie Chaumont, Brad Andersen, Alejandro Sanoja, Ahmed Atry, Nick Brownrigg

9:30 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

6:00 PM - VARIETY SHOW

80s Kids Obligatory Christmas Show

8:00 PM - IMPROV COMEDY

  • CORNER OFFICE: Let us show what it feels like to achieve all there is in life - a corner office. Using an audience's suggestion of 2 workplaces, they take the stage using 1 of the 2 workplaces, blossoming into connected pathways of scenes via the "slacker style", tying them together through power, intimidation, and hard-earned entitlement, coming full circle in the final moments to the other workplace. Button up your business attire and look down on others because that is how it's supposed to be. CAST: Ryan Heine, Roger Anderson & special guest

  • PURE INANIMATION: Pure Inanimation brings the world of inanimate objects to life in a fun and exciting improv show. CAST: Lisa Beckman, Meredith Faber, Stephanie Marzuola, Carolyn Wallace, Jamie West, Sarah Willett
